Here's a short note of explanation about ╘Lasers╒...
Sorry for the sci-fi fans hoping that this After Dark module is about galactic worriers fighting with laser weapons: it is actually much closer to "boring" physics. ╘Lasers╒ displays Hermite-Gaussian and Laguerre-Gaussian transverse modes, as are found inside stable laser resonators, so laser physicists and engineers are likely to be the only ones able to appreciate the deep beauty of it.
╘Lasers╒ requires colorQuickDraw and a 68881/882 Floating Point Unit (it involves a lot of calculations). It also requires at least one monitor with a pixel depth greater than one bit, but it will actually only give worthwhile results on an 8 bit monitor (color or grayscale).
╘Lasers╒ can be distributed free of shareware fee, but cannot be sold. Hope you enjoy it...
